So I sent out a morning text to momma girl and I figured hey why not put you on too! Not like this is new news however sometimes we just need someone in our circle to jog the drive:

Invest in tea as your caffeine substitute. Why doe?! Well tea, not the gossipin kind, has more health benefit than coffee like reducing inflammation, promoting and increasing heart health and weight management! Some of my teas of choice: Green tea everythang; Gimme all the flavors to match all my moods! Chai tea is also a banger and last but certainly not least; Earl Grey. Just a short sweet or savory ways to start your mornings and love on your damn self!
